Indian citizens apply online for an e-visa before flying. Phu Quoc alone can be visited visa-free for up to 30 days, but only if you fly in and out of the island directly and never enter mainland Vietnam; with Hanoi, Da Nang or Ho Chi Minh City on the plan you need the e-visa.

Money and tax
What a package costs on paper.
GST on tour packages: 5%
Tour operator services are taxed at 5% GST, which is why our prices are printed as “+ 5% GST”.
TCS on overseas packages
The law asks the seller of an overseas tour package to collect tax at source (Section 206C(1G)) and deposit it against your PAN; you claim it back in your income tax return. The rate is set by each year’s Finance Act, so we confirm it on your invoice rather than print a number here.

Spending abroad: the LRS limit
A resident individual may remit up to USD 250,000 in a financial year under the Reserve Bank’s Liberalised Remittance Scheme. Travel spending counts toward it.
